As I said before I cant/dont have to reveal my sources however this is public knowledge (you can then ask yourself why Corby's defence did not call on the AFP to testify);

"The head of Corby's Australian legal team, Robin Tampoe, said he had learned some months ago that the AFP were aware baggage handlers and other airport staff were allegedly involved in moving drugs through Australian airports.

This was confirmed on Sunday when the Australian Government revealed it had sent a letter to Corby's Indonesian lawyers detailing a six-month investigation into the operation by the AFP and NSW police.

Mr Tampoe said he had asked AFP officers to give evidence of the investigation in Corby's defence, but the request had been refused.

Indeed, he had been told that if the AFP were compelled to give evidence that it would not be favourable to Corby.

Mr Tampoe said that even if the AFP had withheld its knowledge of the investigation for operational reasons, he was sure it could have found a way to put the information before the Indonesian judges without jeopardising its investigation. "I'm extremely upset about it," he said, adding that it was not acceptable for police to protect an operation at the expense of another Australian citizen."
