Just reading through their prospectus now. A couple standard out points so far.....
Stephen Gerlach - Chairman. He was formerly the Chairman of Santos Limited, FuturisCorporation Ltd (subsequently known as Elders Ltd),Equatorial Mining Ltd, Elders Australia Ltd, ChallengerListed Investments Limited, Amdel Ltd, and PenriceLtd. He was also a Director of a number of other public companies includingSouthcorp Ltd, AMP Australia Ltd, Brunner Mond Holdings Ltd (UK) and Elders RuralBank and a member of other public companies including companies located inthe United Kingdom, United States of America and Chile.
Looks like a nice strategic appointment, lets see if his experience and network are advantageous to the business moving forward.
Sean Ebert - Director Sean has 25 years of executive and board levelexperience across public and commercial sectors withparticular experience within the engineering sectors of oiland gas, mining and resources and emergingtechnologies in Australia, Middle East, South America, USand Europe.
Looks like another strategic appointment with someone with a network and experience in AML3D's target market/customer.
Leonard Piro - Non-Executive Director Leonard is the former Deputy Chief Executive of the SADepartment of Trade and Economic Development,Executive Director Manufacturing and Chief ExecutiveAutomotive Industry Transformation Taskforce and GroupExecutive Director and Chairman of the Tonsley Redevelopment.Leonard has had exposure tomanufacturing trends and strategies in Europe and theUS.
Yet again another strategic appointment of someone with a vast knowledge and network sectors AML3D is targeting/servicing.
They have definetly built a very strong and stategic board by the looks.
