Guess with the second tranche still to be issued it's pegging the price around the 19c. Maybe some offload of 1st tranche shares when pricing is above 20c for a quick profit. Suspect once the 2nd tranche goes through the price might start to rise above 20c. So hopefully early next year.
As you would think the next CR is a while away. Most likely triggered by setting up a Euro facility. Would be expecting by this time the CR price will be well in excess of the current pricing.
