Time to start a dedicated discussion thread. By mid-October '23, the due diligence for their acquisition of seven project areas in the “Lithium Valley” of Minas Gerais state is expected to wrap up. These areas, spanning 472 km², encompass 24 granted exploration licenses and are strategically located near renowned lithium projects. The vendor is set to benefit from a share-based deal contingent on specific milestones. In anticipation of further exploration at the Brazilian projects, Alderan has successfully raised $1.75 million via a placement priced at $0.006 per new share.

Notably, the acquisition hinges on two crucial milestones:

• Due Diligence Completion: Targeted for mid-October '23.

• Shareholder Approval: 8th November '23.

Recent discoveries, like those from Sigma Lithium and Latin Resources, underscore the vast potential of this region. Given the buzz and the scale of these projects, Alderan's move could introduce a new chapter in lithium exploration under the care of a capable BOD. While the prospects seem promising, there's no absolute assurance of discovering an economic lithium deposit. It could all just be barren ground.
