Firsova please show us the announcement in December 2009 that estimated a $14m annual profit. The link you supplied earlier doesn't work and is not from a company announcement

This announcement (http://www.mhmmetals.com/_content/documents/663.pdf) on the 5th January 2012 is the first I found with a reference to profits and they wrote:

"Pre-tax profits of $230,000 per month during plant upgrade, increasing to $8.6 million per annum once the upgrade has completed."

You have known about the 60/40 split for a long time and know that they always quoted.

For the benefit of anyone reading these threads for the first time. MHM have never projected a $14m profit, that has always been an extrapolation of the $8.6m projection if MHM were to purchase 100% rights to the Australian operations.

Firsova knows this very well and that sort of behaviour is why it's so hard for holders to tolerate the endless, endless criticism
