I recently watched the live interview with Dr Michael Baker & Shane from Equity Story and noticed a few updates to the presentation & a few things i have previously missed. Summary of those below.

Dr Baker mentioned in the interview, with reference to the blow mice studies, that the mice treated with CD19-T cells are most comparable to the product Yescarta are using. Yescarta posted sale revenue in 2024 of $1.5b and i believe similar in 2023. As we know, iNKT cells significantly outperform, with tumours almost, if not completely gone after 3 days & 90% of mice still alive after 90 days. I know this if pretty old news, but thought it would be another good reference point as to where we are headed and potential sales revenue once we get to market.
Next thing i noticed was the small update to the pipeline, we have a small tick in the pre-clinical confirmation for ALA-15 (CLDN18.2). Hopefully this means we'll get some more updates on this program soon! We've also added the GD2 & GPC3 CAR's to the bottom, although Dr Michael did say they're still only under option to licence.
Last major thing i picked up on, was around the testing of out IL-12-TM armouring tech. This shows that only the mice treated with the IL-12 & IL-12-TM were alive after 60 days. It also showed that the CAR used for testing, is the GD2 CAR we currently have under option to licence from Baylor. I feel its highly likely we add both the Baylor CAR's to our program and should add significant value.
