I feel like we are in the right province 54% of US Oil and 47% of US Gas comes from the gulf and there’s been 27,000 wells drilled.
Im curious being in such a well known oil and gas area do they know what zones to expect to be oil prone.
Or is the nearology and on trend much more important locally to Cuba which we have as well anyway being downstream of an 11bn barrel oil field and all the hits on trend.
These are all big plays as well Alameda has 2.5 bn barrels in place best estimate and then they’ve left it as 5% recovery factor. If you get that recovery factor up the value goes up substantially even 10% recovery is double, wonder how the Cubans feel about fracking a well. Point is we could be surprised pleasantly.
I’m actually a bit surprised when you see the numbers on their presentation that this isn’t a lot higher share price wise than it is given we seem to be in elephant country.
