    Exactly my point. They might be able to but they don't currently. Boyd's spiel speaks as if they currently do. If I am in the process of inventing a better mousetrap but haven't succeeded yet, I'm not really able to say in my bio that "I invented the mousetrap of the 21st century". Likewise, you shouldn't say that you deliver full video content when you actually don't.
