    how can alan justify been on 3 coal exploration company boards JAT ,EOC and NMR ? i definatly see this as a conflict of interest. and can see many advantages and disadvantages .

    what comes to mind is the indian guy who was on the board of rey resources and gujarat and some may know what happened there
