I do not share your sentiments. People who create companies are not necessarily suited to operational management and on paper I suspect the old guard did not like to bend to the disciplines required to run the current company. I don't think directors should lie.
I think Simon Potter is well qualified technically to take the company through this next stage. I do agree that his communications could be better but I think that because he is operationally orientated he will only issue information when he has something to say.
As an aside I think the SP behaviour of HDR is quite extraordinary and reluctantly agree that some manipulation may be taking place. I am not overly concerned by this from an investment viewpoint because I have my own estimate of the valuation.
