    Angers,

    I read in another place that the real oil shortage was in light sweet crude (low sulphur, low viscosity) and that this shortage was about to be exacerbated by the tightening of Sulphur limits in China and India, come 1/7/05. Do you know what grade oil will be produced in Mauritania?
