    Re your post which included;
    "... Not enough policy and to much politics thats the problem Lappy. ..."

    Well said!

    We're experiencing weather-vane politics wherein big-picture thinking and strategic planning are but oxy-morons!

    That probably explains why, in a poll of 21,340 today, that 78% prefer Malcolm Turnbull while just a paltry 16% want Tony Abbott.

    As if 3 years of bagging Australia is not enough; today Abbott endorsed and embellished former CBA Chief & Howard Govt. appointed chief of the Future Fund, David Murray, that Australia could be another economic basket case like Greece or Spain:

    "... "The lesson of Europe is that countries can go very quickly from a strong position to a parlous position if things aren't well managed," Mr Abbott told reporters in Melbourne.
    "At the moment, we've got a Government which has completely mishandled the mining sector which is the one sector which above all else has kept Australia going.
    "With its endless taxes, this Government is putting the economic future of our country at risk." ..."
