What he said was not slip of the tongue stuff nor was it what a normal person would even think, let alone say in public. It appears to be said purely to denigrate, humiliate and vilify the Prime Minister of our country imo. He is sorry for being caught, not what he said.
Julia doesn't need to gain any respect from her detractors, she is respecting her father who should be mighty proud of her response imo.
