Big deal they all lie. Some premeditated by purposely misguiding, others not so much. Most make dumb choices & situations change.
John Howard said "never ever" to a GST & was catastrophically stupid not stepping aside for Costello. Cost the country dearly.
Ditto with Jones. Has some endearing qualities but plenty of old hateful bitter queen qualities sadly. No one bags him about cruising public toilets gagging for gay sex or gay brothel cruising (which is evidenced & documented in Jonestown btw) . He is no where near as intelligent or as powerful as he thinks he is. He liked to think Howard was his marionette & danced to his tune. Extra lol.
Jones lied to the public & the Court regarding 'cash for comments' inquiry. If there was ever a person that lived in a glass house its him.
I did like MMM's Doug Mulrays Gloria character back when tho. Funny as hell.
