You mean people who own investment properties and I suspect that's a lot less than 50% probably more like 5%.
But more than 50% probably own their homes as I do and for me it makes no difference what my home is worth.
It's not an investment, it's where I live.
And something is wrong with HC today as I am having a lot of difficulty posting here.
