What this thread shows beyond doubt is that there IS a healthy debate about anthropogenic global warming - contrary to the claims by Gillard, Flannery et al who maintain the time for debate is over. Given that, it seems every thinking person should be a sceptic to some degree, evaluating all evidence until such time as the theory is either proven or disproven.

Those who have nailed their colours to the climate change mast BEFORE the debate is over, are simply adding more fuel to the argument that their cause has more to do with religious fervour than any analysis of the evidence.
