Prostate cancer not such a big deal. Surgery to remove the prostate and alls well, except no more sex. However if its spread elsewhere, then bad news. All men should have a regular prostate check every 2 years. If you dont, you could have cancer, and it could spread. Memo all males: Go to Doctor and ask for the finger & blood test. Better still ask for a full colonoscopy. At least you are out for the count when they do it, and you get the full report on the bowels with a colonoscopy. The worst part is fasting and purging.
