I don't think there could be a more apt and unambiguous description of Jones.
I attended a charity luncheon a few years ago where Jones spoke and sat there wondering how a human being could ever end up as bereft of basic human (it's hard to put into words)...I guess, humility, warmth and human emotion/empathy. Hard to put into words, but Jones was so boring it was pitiful.
