Yep, think we have got the message that you don't like Alan Joyce. At least you are consistent. Perhaps now though, you might accept that personalising the issue has got bugger all to do with performance. As for fuel being the KEY ISSUE, that is probably the cheapest shot so far. Describing everything else as just slash and burn is trite. Doubt Qantas would be doing what it is doing purely on the back of fuel.
