I agree, Qantas staff have priced themselves out of the market from their salary demands and their ridiculous EBA. Surely it can't be of any surprise that this situation is the way that it is.
Pilots and Engineers have had a dream run in an industry that 1) Needs less qualification and 2) Has a line a mile long of people willing to do the same job for half the pay.
Whoever is right or wrong in this argument - I'm just cheering I don't own any Qantas shares.
