There is only one problem - Alam Joyce.
Same problem as last time.
Replace him tomorrow with an Australian who actually KNOWS how to apply intelligence and a permanent, dynamic and business-reviving model can be negotiated.
(and I flew CBR-MEL the other day. flight 50 minutes late. baggage was only on the carousel 22 minutes after dis-embarkation. Smelled of industrial unrest to me...the big go slow! No Jolly Joyce around anywhere to tell me "she'll be right mate".....he is HATED by staff....problem only goes when he goes)
