I read recently that some people think that a CEO may rule as he sees fit. It's those outmoded attitudes from Qantas over many years that have and are continuing to cause problems.
Until the boneheaded Qantas management decide to engage with their employees ( their most important asset ) nothing will change except possibly the demise of a once great airline.
Yes, they will be without a job and Australia won't have a national carrier.
AJ is definitely not the man to turn this around. He is the prime cause of the problem.
A modern manager who includes his employees in decision making is the only chance for Qantas. Get rid of AJ.
