Hoping for the latter. Seem to recall, immediately post appointment, the incoming QAN CEO promised to rebuild customer loyalty and so on. However, the retardant to the business is the Board and the Chairman, all of whom presided over this business and reputation destruction, and then paid themselves all these bonuses. Perhaps the Chairman will be renewed after his crusade to the football GF's. A much better alternative is for him and the entire Bord to resign and allow a new page for the QAN going forward.
