there is so many suburbs in that price bracket in sydney that this does't constitute a 'high end' ...
granted, its not your median priced suburb but its faaaaar from top end of things ...
there would be a lot of people in this situation...
they are the ones that don't want to hear this hoping that if nobody talks about it maybe they can sell it to some other sucker waiting in line...
...and vested interests of course...
