    Interesting to see Kohler has changed his tune on TLS FTTN proposal. A month or so ago he was making the call FTTN was inevitable. Today in the West Aust and after he read the recent Australian Competition Tribunal judgement on line sharing (LSS) he now reckons it won't go ahead. He also states it will take a some time for this to not happen while the usual legal argy bargy runs its course.
