I read somewhere that Kohler has never owned shares. Anyone else think it strange that for all his comments about all shares that he has not dabbled in them.
Well I think it is strange, and for several reasons, because ,most people own some shares even if they are tls cba etc you know the ones.
So I take his comments as an outsider looking in, and give no value to them. I think one has to actually experience the ownership of shares, know what its like to make a good call and a profit, and feel the pain when it goes the wrong way. He has never had that experience. I also feel he is a 'token' commentator, or generic, not the real thing. I would rather the comments from players in the market, fund managers etc. cheers
