Two things of note I picked up. First, was the comment regarding the businesses where not being driven very hard prior to purchase, suggesting a bit of cash and effort from the sales team should considerably improve their turnovers. Fairly low hanging fruit there. The second was a large acquisition, possibly up to $30m being funded at least partly by a cap raising. That could add a bit of resistance to a rise, as if I for example was looking to increase my position, as I will over time, I know to keep a fair chunk aside for discounted shares when that acquisition takes place.

Other than that, I liked his style and business plan. He also seemed to have a good grasp of what the market was doing with his company, and why. That's comforting, because if they need to go to the market for this next acquisition, and he made it pretty clear that was going to happen, then he should have a handle on what the market needs to hear to get the price up first. I'm hoping all stops are out to bring in some strong figures this half.

I don't have a price target here, I'm just going to use the long term charts and see when the market thinks it's fully priced, and then decide what to do. If it rises slowly enough I see no reason not to hang in for a pretty long time, it might be one I die with if they get it right.
