Sorry I should note that this does in fact breach Principle 2.5 of the governance standards... but it's OK because BLA acknowledges this breach in their Appendix 4G (governance statement). The media haven't really gotten stuck into them over this that I've seen - it's not a great structure from a minority shareholder perspective, to put it mildly.
