BLA is not unique amongst listed investment managers having executive directors on the board, especially when you consider at what stage of growth it is at. There are even listed investment managers that are 10 times larger than BLA, that have a majority of executive directors on the board. I don't see how it would be particularly newsworthy for journalists to report that company X did not meet an aspirational ASX CG principle Y. Even ASX stopped reporting on 'compliance' with the CG principles back in 2010.
