At $11b mkt cap I think Lincoln could find the cash. I was pleased to hear that the board has already considered protection from take overs. Working with Lincoln on the new alloys (copper, bronze, aluminium from memory) is interesting. who gets the IP? Is there IP rights or do both get the software and can put it into their machines? Maybe the DoD keep it. Anyway, it's too early for thinking this hard. I'm getting a coffee.
