Another question is what impact does listing on another exchange have to current shareholders?
e.g. if there is 1 million shares listed on the ASX and you own 10,000 of these, you own 1% of the company. If they then decide to list in the Nasdaq, how does this impact your % held.? Does listing it then water down you overall holding (like issuing a lot more shares) or do they do it in a way that you maintain your % holding.
