    If he has just acquired 1.25m shares, don't expect anymore contract announcements in the next X weeks...

    ...can anyone suggest an indicator of what X equals? What sort of timeframe for a contract that AS does not already know about and has not earmarked as "imminent", is acceptable under SEC regulations?
