Called the company sometime ago and confirmed that they do have rights to the upper formations.
Its written somewhere as well, but stuffed if I remember where.
From memory they have all the rights to all the depths on the sugarloaf hole. There was some question over the rights to all depths in nearby areas, but I can't remember what that was all about.
