Why is a guy from Perth who works for two companies that deal with insolvency checking out Albidon Action today?

Reading up on PPS Registry Solutions & Ferrier Hodgson does not
inspire confidence that any association between this Tom Birch & Albidon will be in the best interests of the shareholders & mine workers.
We have contacted Tom & enquired as to the nature of his interest in Albidon - we know he has read the email but he has failed to respond. We have now contacted Alan Jury to ask about Tom, & to ask a simple question of him: is Albidon currently involved in - or likely to soon be involved in - insolvency proceedings? Maybe a few more angry shareholders should be contacting the company demanding to know what the hell they are up...silence, lies, spin, evasion is all we get along with a voluntary suspension that is almost an entire year old.
Maybe there is nothing in this, but interested parties deserve to know what is really going on. Our board have not exactly been forthcoming & honest with us have they?
