    Hi slappi,
    Sure, they will go up sometime in the next 25 years. A lot can happen in that timeframe. But I dont think rates will be going up so long as we have Ruddy, Swan, Stevens, Obama, Brown, Bernanke, King, Trichet, et al, running the show. And they will be at the global helm for a few years yet.
