Yep, well they will surely need hefty pay rises to pay for the increase in rates, raising kids, rising food and energy costs and of course taxes to pay for the baby-boomers retirements and $50 billion worth stimulus.
I wonder if this will lead to wage push inflation and the RBA will need to raise rates beyond neutral levels?
