Very good comment. As yet, all 88e publications have used the words 'shown interest' and 'expectation of' with regards to the FO. I have not read anywhere: progression towards, or final negotiation of core issues, or suggestion of execution of the final agreement. The suggestion that serious negotiations are in progress and a FO is imminent has been the rhetoric of particular Hotcopper posters.
