I can put you on to a professional Stock Broker who, for a reasonable fee, will provide his prediction around what is likely to happen in the future.
Alternatively, and for a slightly reduced fee, he will predict in terrific detail what happened yesterday.
I'm sure there are tactical gambits in play with the Farm Out talks, and the obligations around continuous disclosure won't (and shouldn't) come into focus until it's a done deal.
I notice Cluff Natural Resources (LSE:CLNR) recently negotiated a FO with Shell.
Offshore stuff and a different size to us, but for those who just want to have a look at how a 'template' FO Ann might read, if or when we get one, knock yourself out...
