Does anybody know if BLR has the right to drill and sell the potential coal seam gas that could be locked in the ground in the Alaskan tenement? (providing there is a commercial quantity of coal seam gas there). BLR continues to be silent on this question.
We know they can sell the coal to market, but do they have the rights to sell the gas as well? Infrastructure could be a big issue even if gas is found.
Greatly appreciated if anyone has information on this or has managed to speak to Haines.
