Well when i first looked at it on the map without really thinking about it ...thought OELs adjacent territory its along way off the highway but cars post cleared up the obvious, theres now a road close by that would have been needed to bring in the rig and all the equipment.
Perhaps this another penny that hasnt dropped for others ?
