    I'm not holding my breath for more deals given most of our remaining cash is required for 2017 G&A and completion of the SM71 one well development.
    Not a great time to raise more cash. If there was a compelling option to buy something now, I suppose they could use existing cash then do a c/note issue to fund completion of SM71.
