    Agree on management quality car27, one of the reasons I liked OEL and invested. They picked the US and found some nice lowrisk assets to turn us into a producer again. Alaska has potential but GB has had problems that helped us in delaying costs. I sold cause the tanz s@@@ worries me for the OEL CR.
