Hi all,
coming over from ALBA FTSE AIM who have mentioned they have acquired an option to buy 50% stake in the Andover west project . This has caught us all by surprise as they are a small Welsh gold mining company with a spin off Greenland graphite company trading as GROC FTSE AIM. I am also
suprised considering their current cash position and lengthy permit wait they aren’t fully focusing on themselves now they have finally got all the ducks lined up for exploration .
what do I need to know here? Top key facts? Should I be worried that this appears to be winding down for a takeover and we’re buying in?
