Looks like one of the large shareholder Van Eck is increasing their stake in focus.
As per the last announcement by FML on 17th August Van Eck Associates Corporation owned 310,449,580 shares of Focus. Whereas by 23rd August they bought another 10 million shares to increase stake to 320,216,718 shares. They are gradually buiding up there holding in FML. This shows there confidence in FML.
