good spotting,the old nibble and pause,nibble and pause accumulation technique.
Considering the shallow numbers,once a few traders take their profits on the sell side low down,no wonder FML SP has risen over the last week.

It begs the question-what do they value FML at then?
IS it just TOO cheap,with little downside?
Or are they expecting FML to come into play?

I'll go for it's too cheap compared to what they paid for the first 5% and they probably value it at twice what they paid then.As always - DYOR+DYODD as you are doing.
