The Australian’s Foreign Editor Greg Sheridan says Prime MinisterAnthony Albanese and Defence Minister Richard Marles “laugh off” advice to liftdefence funding from two per cent to three per cent of GDP.
“They’re not going to change their funding baseline, it was two per centof GDP when they came to office, it’s two per cent now – everyone Albanese hastold us to trust on defence has advised him to go to three per cent,” MrSheridan said.
