All of which is doesn't tell us the truth of what had been planned

If I went to a rally and didn't intend to speak, I wouldn't walk through the middle of the crowd and then stand behind the person talking waving around a piece of paper. By doing this she has no option then to acknowledge him and let him speak. Especially after been told "I am the Prime Minster"
