No you don't seem to get it. 22 years without a single successful challenge, Labor in government 18 months, appoint a new Chief Justice (who they previously appointed as solicitor general when in govt last) and suddenly a successful challenge.
The courts decision isnt the governments fault, but failing to take action which has since resulted in several crimes being committed by these criminals and now this sickening attack is the governments fault...
