    There was a banking Royal Commission yet you did not apply your guilty-by-association logic on banking customers, you likely focused on the actual perpetrators.

    Catholic priests breaking the law should be rightfully punished, as should any person breaking the law, however that does not mean that religious people are guilty-by-association. You will find that according to Catholic values, those priests also broke a commandment - they committed adultery.

    It should be noted that breaking the law is not limited to religious people, so considering them "very dangerous" on the criminal activities of a few is unreasonable.

    As for the taliban, it is a militant political movement and due to its nature cannot speak for all religions.
    While I recognise that islamic extremists exist, which are indeed "very dangerous", you were not making distinctions between extremists or religions when you made your statement.
