    Well, it's an interesting point - celebrating diversity and inclusivity. I would add freedom.

    it's vastly different from the last mob who evolved it from pagan celebrations --------- christians, then mainly catholics

    fat tuesday - Mardi Gras, ----------- when celebrated by the catholic church - merely celebrated division, exclusion and non acceptance


    christians - if you aren't christened - you burn forever and can't get the ticket to heaven

    how's that for a loving religion

    so, onward to the rainbow Mardi Gras ---------- a celebration of diversity and inclusivity ------- basically celebrations of freedom


    that's the freedom that wackadoodles and peanuts tell us that their forefathers fought for - how they love, respect and protect that freedom

    except if you're gay apparently - you aren't allowed to do what you wish there - it's not that kind of freedom
